These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorldSignal, a subscription-based software-as-a-service platform available at WorldSignal.app. By accessing, registering, or using WorldSignal, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
WorldSignal is an analytical and research platform for cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets. It provides structured market data, model-driven signals, scenario analysis, forecasts, alerts, news intelligence, event analysis, and related decision-support tools through a web interface.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use WorldSignal. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
WorldSignal offers recurring subscription plans, including monthly and annual options. Features, pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. Prices may change; new pricing applies prospectively to future billing periods.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized Merchant of Record and payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.
WorldSignal may offer promotional free-trial periods. If a trial is offered, the duration, scope, eligibility, and conversion terms will be displayed at sign-up or checkout. Trial availability and duration may vary by plan, campaign, geography, and time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not create a refund for the current paid period unless required by applicable law.
You must not use WorldSignal for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purpose. You must not interfere with the service, circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the platform, scrape data without authorization, or resell access.
WorldSignal and its software, designs, content, model outputs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to WorldSignal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WORLDSIGNAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDSIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or engaged in abuse.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the website, in-product, or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws designated by WorldSignal in its applicable legal notices, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
