WorldSignal is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered electronically through your account.
WorldSignal may offer promotional free-trial periods. If a trial is available, the duration and conversion terms will be shown at sign-up or checkout. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the Dodo Payments customer portal, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund the current paid period unless required by law or approved under this Policy.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Refunds may be denied where service access was substantially delivered, where the request falls outside any stated refund window, where abuse or misuse is identified, or where the claim is inconsistent with account or transaction records.
Email [email protected] with your account email, approximate charge date, amount (if known), and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments back to the original payment method where possible.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase.
